You'll drive the engineering strategy for new initiatives and build high-performing teams, emphasizing AI and delivering impactful customer experiences. The company offers substantial ownership of engineering culture and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years leading managers.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience with shipping new products from concept to launch.
• Experience in building AI/ML-enabled products or interest in leveraging AI.
• Strong technical instincts across architecture, infrastructure, reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the engineering strategy for new product initiatives.
• Recruit, grow, and inspire high-performing engineering organizations.
• Guide architectural and organizational decisions balancing speed and scalability.
• Drive alignment, prioritization, and execution across teams.
