Job summary

Crossover is seeking a Director of Program Management in Austin to own portfolio-level dashboards, vendor scorecards, and procurement packages. You will drive evidence-based decisions, enforce contract controls, and ensure spend aligns with signed terms across a $50M portfolio.

The role emphasizes ownership, actionable outputs, and AI-enabled insights to accelerate delivery. This is a full-time contractor position with substantial impact on executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Directly owned a portfolio of 10+ initiatives with $5M budget.
• Managed 5+ external technology vendors at the same time.
• Built and maintained portfolio dashboards covering delivery health, budget burn, milestones, and risks.
• Led competitive technology procurement with bid packages, scoring rubrics, and SOWs.
• Authored or co-authored SOWs with measurable deliverables and SLAs.
• Negotiated commercial terms and enforced them via invoice validation and action.
• Strong written communication to translate complex data into concise exec recommendations.
• Able to work US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Produce reliable, AI-powered dashboards and scorecards for executives.
• Run vendor performance reviews with rubric-based scoring.
• Lead competitive technology procurement and bid evaluation.
• Govern contracts and invoices, validate against signed terms.
• Use AI to analyze portfolio data and draft decision-ready outputs.
