Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years in strategy, portfolio/financial/workforce planning, technology operations, or program management.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with portfolio risk & opportunity management and organizational change enablement.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting experience in tech.
• Experience applying AI tools to business problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead recurring strategic planning cycles for IDE and ensure alignment with goals.
• Drive risk and opportunity assessment across the portfolio.
• Use AI-driven scenario modeling and portfolio optimization.
• Apply predictive analytics to detect emerging risks and dependencies.
• Lead IDE's annual and long-range financial planning: budget & forecasting.
• Talent strategy, development, and succession planning using AI.
• Executive reporting and KPI dashboards with AI automation.
• Vendor onboarding, governance, and consolidated reporting.
• Process improvement via AI-enabled workflows and governance standards.
• GCS planning liaison and cyber coordination.
• Champion AI-enabled ways of working and knowledge sharing.
