• Requires bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, economics, public health, IT or related field; master’s preferred.
• Needs at least 10 years in product management, including 6 years leading people.
• 3+ years leading AI, ML, personalization, or data-enabled product strategy in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to build/high‑performing product teams and drive accountability.
• Strong knowledge of AI product management, agentic workflows, grounding data, and responsible AI practices.
