Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in technology innovation, operational excellence or related field.
• Experience driving AI strategy and AI/automation in an enterprise setting.
• Industry experience in pharma/biotech/CRO or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive evaluation, development, and implementation of AI and emerging technologies to improve operations and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with service lines to adopt AI and automate processes.
• Establish AI governance, risk management, validation approaches, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with leaders to manage change and scale technology solutions across functions.
• Represent MMS externally in industry forums and strategic tech partnerships.
