Job summary

Fox Corporation is seeking a Director of Digital Client Services to drive and scale digital workflows across Client Services, Sales, Ad Ops, Yield, and Engineering. You will own onboarding, training programs, and the rollout of new processes while partnering with the Senior Director to improve automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising across client services or account management.
• Hands-on understanding of OMS (Operative), CRM (Salesforce) and ad servers like Google Ad Manager and FreeWheel.
• Knowledge of the digital media lifecycle: planning, campaign management, trafficking, optimization, programmatic operations, billing and measurement.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Client Services, Yield teams.
• Proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks and designing scalable solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in workflow mapping and documentation.

Responsibilities

• System & Process Support: be the primary contact for day-to-day process questions from Client Services, maintaining understanding of Fox digital workflows.
• System Administration & Engineering Liaison: log feedback, updates, and bugs for OMS/CRM with Engineering.
• Workflow Definition & Optimization: map and refine digital workflows across teams to maximize efficiency and accuracy of Go To Market operations.
• Onboarding & Training Enablement: onboard and train new digital client services staff for Fox digital ad sales ecosystem.
• Documentation Management: create and maintain detailed process and system documentation as a single source of truth.
• Innovation & AI Adoption: drive process improvements and spearhead AI-enabled workflows.
• Operational Alignment: liaise with Account Managers, Coordinators and Campaign Managers to keep daily execution aligned with updated processes.
