ServiceNow is seeking a strategic, senior Lifecycle Marketing leader in New Jersey to architect an AI-driven, real-time customer engagement model. You will own activation, engagement, retention, and growth KPIs across the customer journey.

You will design and execute a product-led growth strategy, build and lead a high-performing team, and partner with marketing, product, and customer success to drive adoption and expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in lifecycle, customer success or expansion marketing.
• Experience leading AI-driven marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, engagement, retention and growth.
• Own activation, engagement, LTV growth and expansion revenue outcomes.
• Build and lead a high-performing lifecycle marketing team.
• Partner with VP of Customer Excellence to align roadmap with corporate objectives.
• Define governance for real-time segmentation and experimentation.
