Job summary

Stukent, Inc. is seeking a Director of Learning Content & AI Integration to lead the new content team, overseeing three-phase courseware design and AI-enabled workflows. The role requires strong editorial judgment and practical knowledge of instructional design, AI-assisted content development, and quality assurance.

The position is fully remote with state eligibility. You will guide priorities, manage instructional designers, ensure release readiness, and uphold copyright and accessibility

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in instructional design, education, or a related field.
• Seven or more years of experience in project management, instructional design, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing team members with coaching and performance evaluation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple courseware projects with phased workflows and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of instructional alignment, AI-assisted content workflows, and QA.
• Advanced expertise in creating, testing, governing, and maintaining generative AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end three-phase courseware process with ownership, gates, schedules, handoffs, and release criteria.
• Own finishing and release readiness, including QA, consistency checks, content mapping, ADA documentation, and standards compliance.
• Lead and develop the content team with instructional design and AI direction, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Design, govern, and improve AI-assisted workflows and agents, covering prompting, review standards, documentation, versioning, safeguards, and evaluation.
• Promote adoption of AI-enabled workflows through pilots, training, metrics, and reinforcement.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution, manage risks, and minimize rework by clear communication and capacity planning.
