Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Virtual Expert Management Platform to lead AI-native, scaleable product strategy across enterprise tools.

You will guide a team of product leads and managers, collaborating with engineering, design, and senior leadership to deliver high-impact experiences for 100M+ customers. The role requires a deep SaaS product background, strong leadership, and a track record with agentic AI, LLMs, and real-time orchestration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years designing and delivering world-class SaaS products in a Product Management leadership role.
• Deep domain expertise and experience on large-scale software SaaS/PaaS platforms (CRM, WFM, ERP, CDP) enabling teams to deliver delightful customer experiences.
• Technically inclined to brainstorm with senior engineers with ease.
• Experience with agentic AI, LLMs and real-time orchestration systems in a consumer-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes and tech foundations for human-assisted and AI-native engagements.
• A self-motivated leader who can influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams with clear communication.
• Proven ability to define a strategic narrative and credibly drive discussions with senior leaders.
• Skilled at developing and executing a successful product roadmap.
• Experience with Agile development and rigorous planning to deliver fast results.
• Experience managing consultants, sourcing vendors, and budgeting.
