Qualifications

• 15+ years in learning strategy, curriculum and content development with deep fluency in learning tech and ed-tech trends.
• 8-10 years of people leadership, including 3-5 years leading managers in a multi-layer organization.
• Experience in learning strategy, ed-tech, product, and workforce transformation in a virtual, global setting.
• Experience building retail learning programs.
• Leadership in AI-powered learning programs with technical partners.
• Understanding of skills-based development models and performance consulting.
• Experience in matrixed organizations with accountability for outcomes.
• Leadership through significant organizational change with no established playbook.
• Assessing and strengthening leadership structures and bench strength.
• Experience redesigning learning around AI-augmented work.
• Understanding modern learners and data-informed content development.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and vision for Intuit Academy's learning capability— curriculum, content, programs, and learner experience — aligned to enterprise growth goals.
• Lead a team of 30+ FTEs and 50+ contractors across product, content design, strategic learning consulting, innovation, and operations.
• Partner with owners of the learning technology platform to translate readiness needs into priorities without owning architecture.
• Make investment and prioritization trade-offs across the expert lifecycle in partnership with Service Delivery.
• Build and own learning programs for various employee types and partners.
• Lead the transformation of the expert workforce from performing to overseeing and validating AI-assisted work.
• Simplify learning delivery model across expert segments and units to improve throughput and proficiency outcomes.
• Ground learning design in customer outcomes— service quality and resolution effectiveness.
• Anticipate and design for evolving expert roles and skills ahead of need.
• Own content development operations transformation and integration with product training teams.
• Own delivery of learner experience and speed to proficiency.
• Contribute to Intuit's broader skills-based organization strategy in partnership with Talent/L&D.
