Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
9+ years in software or data engineering.
7+ years people management experience.
3+ years cloud-based data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Master's Degree preferred.
10+ years total experience preferred.
2+ years with LLM coding assistance tools (Claude, Windsurf, Copilot or similar).
3+ years AWS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-velocity engineering team.
Incubate AI-native workflows to accelerate development speed.
Remain hands-on to ship production-ready code.
Collaborate with product teams to translate intent into reality.
Explain AI-generated architectures to stakeholders and ensure alignment with intent.
Work in Agile cycles to design, audit, and support technical solutions.
Bridge Intent = Execution with high-leverage output and low technical debt.
Conduct design and code reviews for high-quality AI output.
