Job summary

TransGrid Energy seeks a Director of Technical Product Management for EnergyFluo, our AI-driven energy and operations platform for data centers. You will own the roadmap, requirements, and cross-functional delivery, partnering with engineering, security, and customer-facing teams to scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, product leadership, or a related field.
• Track record shipping technical platforms that handle real-time operational data to enterprise customers.
• Experience taking a product from early development to repeatable multi-customer delivery.
• Experience owning product strategy and roadmap development for enterprise software, SaaS, or technology platforms.
• Proven ability to work effectively with software engineering teams and technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile delivery practices, and product management frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and vice versa.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Travel 20-25%, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own EnergyFluo product strategy, roadmap and release planning with metrics tied to customer value.
• Translate customer needs into clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Drive multi-site delivery: tenancy, onboarding, admin and scale.
• Define AI-driven recommendations and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Own integration roadmap across building, power, cooling, CMMS and identity platforms.
• Partner with Security to make the product enterprise-ready (SOC 2).
• Run product operating rhythms across distributed engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to inform product decisions.
• Build and lead the product management function as the organization grows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
