Job summary

Eaton is seeking a senior leader to define and execute a comprehensive Digital Employee Experience strategy, overseeing end-user computing platforms, device management, mobility services, and AI-powered workplace technologies.

The role will drive modernization across endpoint technologies, leverage AI governance, and lead a globally distributed team in delivering secure, productive employee experiences while partnering with HR, Finance, and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive IT leadership.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
