Job summary

Trinnex seeks a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to drive strategy, execution, quality, and technical health of our software engineering organization, delivering scalable and secure solutions while building a high-performing culture.

This leader will define technology strategy for engineering, ensure product roadmap commitments, mentor teams, and partner with stakeholders to elevate delivery, security, and AI-enabled development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 15 years of related experience with at least 3 of those years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Experience leading software engineering organizations.
