PowerSchool Group LLC in Texas seeks a Director of AI Strategy & Digital Success to transform how we support customers through AI-driven engagement. You will own strategic initiatives and shape an AI-first engagement engine to drive retention and product adoption at scale.

You will work autonomously, with leadership responsibilities expanding over time, building a team and partnering with IT, Product, and Success teams to deploy the CS platform, measure outcomes, and continuously improve

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Success Transformation, or SaaS operations.
• Experience with technology implementations and process improvements in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of customer success metrics, lifecycle management, and SaaS business models.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Scale AI-driven playbooks for onboarding, engagement, and adoption with a personalized feel.
• Integrate predictive AI models to identify at-risk signals early.
• Oversee AI-generated campaigns and automated email flows tailored to personas.
• Map digital journeys from implementation to value realization without a dedicated CSM.
• Lead in-product messaging and self-service for feature adoption.
• Collaborate with IT and Product to deploy the CS platform.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to measure digital outcomes, churn, and adoption.
• Segment customers by risk, maturity, persona and behavior.
• Identify churn drivers and design scalable retention interventions.
• Drive change through training and stakeholder engagement.
