Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Technology, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise systems, technology leadership, digital transformation, business process automation, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, data analytics, or enterprise technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, development, and implementation of AI agents and intelligent automation across corporate systems, initially focused on Finance and Human Resources.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, and other department leaders to identify opportunities where AI can improve compliance, process execution, efficiency, and performance management.
  • Design and deploy AI agents that continuously monitor business processes, identify exceptions, and ensure required policies, procedures, and controls are followed.
  • Develop AI-driven compliance and process-enforcement capabilities that proactively identify missing steps, policy violations, documentation gaps, and potential risks.
  • Build AI agents that provide department leaders with real-time insights, alerts, recommendations, and performance reporting.
  • Integrate AI agents with existing corporate applications, including ERP, HRIS, financial, payroll, workflow, and business intelligence systems.
  • Establish automated controls that validate transactions, approvals, employee processes, financial activities, and other business-critical workflows against defined policies and requirements.
  • Develop AI-powered tools that help leaders identify trends, understand root causes, manage exceptions, and take corrective action.
  • Create a scalable framework for developing, deploying, governing, and monitoring AI agents across multiple corporate departments.
  • Work with department leaders to translate business policies and procedures into AI-driven rules, workflows, controls, and decision-support tools.
  • Establish appropriate AI governance, security, privacy, auditability, and human-oversight standards for corporate AI agents.
  • Measure and communicate the business impact of AI initiatives, including cost savings, process compliance, risk reduction, productivity, and operational performance.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine how they can be applied to improve corporate systems and business operations.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that transition AI from an experimental capability into a core component of corporate operations and management.
  • Build and mentor a team or network of AI, systems, data, and business-process resources as the corporate AI program expands.

Job Overview

The Director of AI & Corporate Systems leads the transformation of corporate systems through AI by developing intelligent agents that monitor compliance, enforce business processes, automate routine activities, identify risks and exceptions, and provide leaders with actionable insights to improve organizational performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and enterprise business systems.
  • Ability to translate business policies, procedures, controls, and compliance requirements into AI-driven workflows, monitoring capabilities, and decision-support tools.
  • Strong understanding of AI governance, cybersecurity, privacy, data governance, auditability, and risk management principles.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational change management skills, with the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts, recommendations, and business impact to executives and business leaders.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Carrying out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
