Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud, DevOps, platform engineering, or solution architecture.
- Experience with generative AI, AI-assisted development, or AI agents.
- Understanding of AI-native SDLC, secure coding, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and data protection.
- Strong experience with AWS and GCP
- Experience supporting technical change management
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess current development processes and identify AI opportunities.
- Support adoption of AI across coding, testing, security, deployment, and operations.
- Evaluate AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
- Establish secure development practices and guardrails for AI-generated code.
- Support cloud architecture, AI proofs of concept, documentation, training, and change adoption.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, architecture, data, and business teams.
