Wrapbook is seeking a Director, Commercial Success to own the Mid-Market and SMB function and drive retention, GPV growth, and customer satisfaction. You will lead the team, shape the AI-enabled strategy, and partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance to deliver impact across production customers and industry partners.

The role is remote but based in the Los Angeles area, with in-person interactions at customer offices, sets, and events to build executive relationships and ensure

• 10+ years in customer success leadership roles.
• Experience leading teams and setting strategy.
• Strong AI fluency and adoption of AI tools.
• Excellent executive communication.
• Knowledge of commercial payroll industry and customer success metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Define 12–18 month strategy for Mid-Market and SMB with clear targets.
• Design coverage model balancing high-touch and scaled engagement.
• Manage quarterly plans with renewals, retention, and GPV forecasts.
• Lead the AI strategy for Commercial Success and measure impact.
• Build relationships with cross‑functional leaders across Sales, Product, Operations, AI Ops, and Finance.
