Job summary

Uniphore, a leading AI-native company, is seeking a Director of AI Customer Success in the Los Angeles area (remote within CA). You will serve as strategic advisor to enterprise clients, blending AI expertise with executive-level consulting to ensure adoption and ROI.

You will drive success metrics, own executive relationships, guide AI deployments across functions, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery. Travel up to 25% and report to the U.S. VP of Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting or customer success with enterprise tech.
• 5+ years advising or delivering AI products or services.
• 5+ years engaging C-Suite executives in formal settings.
• Proven ROI, retention, and advocacy milestones.
• Experience with enterprise sectors like healthcare/finance/retail.
• Deep AI architectures knowledge and change management.
• Strong strategic thinking and client-facing presence.
• Experience with cloud platforms and AI services.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact for enterprise customers and drive strategy.
• Develop metrics: value realization, renewal, retention, adoption.
• Lead complex AI deployments across business units.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery.
• Provide executive reviews and roadmaps with customers.
• Champion best practices for enterprise AI adoption.
• Feed product teams to influence the roadmap.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
