Nagarro SE is seeking a Director - Client Growth Partner to drive double-digit YoY growth for key accounts in IT consulting and manufacturing. You will position Nagarro as a strategic AI transformation partner and expand engagement breadth and depth.

In this high-impact role, you will lead executive conversations with CIOs/CTOs/CDOs, shape deals, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver value across verticals. This is a strategic, high-visibility leadership opportunity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of key account leadership for a 20+ million account.
• Ability to credibly engage CIOs/CTOs/CDOs and business heads.
• AI fluency in an industry context – value-led AI conversations.
• Deal shaping and commercial acumen – construct and defend a business case; procurement negotiations.
• Collaborative operator – works with engineering and capability teams with trust and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Grow assigned portfolio by 15%+ YoY.
• Achieve revenue targets through structured account planning and CXO engagement.
• Establish and maintain a seat at the top table for AI with advisors and capability leads.
• Procure public testimonials and client references.
