Ideal candidates have 5+ years leading major accounts in professional services, with the credibility to engage CIOs/CTOs and business heads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of key account leadership experience with a 20M+ account in professional services.
• Ability to engage CIOs/CTOs/CDOs and senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated AI fluency in a relevant industry context.
• Strong deal shaping and commercial acumen; comfortable with procurement/negotiations.
• Collaborative operator who earns trust across engineering and capability teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow assigned portfolio by achieving double-digit YOY growth targets.
• Lead account planning and CXO engagement to expand Nagarro's offerings.
• Position Nagarro as the strategic partner for AI transformation with key accounts.
• Procure client testimonials and references on Nagarro's delivering excellence.
