Pratt & Whitney Military Engines seeks a Director, F135 Digital Integrations, to lead the integration of AI/ML, digital twins, and advanced analytics into the F135 engine program. This high-visibility role requires translating digital concepts into deployed solutions on a large aerospace program.

The ideal candidate will drive digital strategy, manage a cross‑functional team, and deliver innovative, scalable outcomes within a defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other STEM field with 14 years of software and digital transformation experience (5+ years in leadership).
• Advanced degree with 12 years of experience and 5 years in leadership."
• Experience with AI/ML, digital twins, data analytics, and cloud computing.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to export control regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and integrate advanced digital tools and methodologies to enhance program efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously evaluate digital industry state and accelerate integration of emerging technologies into the F135 program.
• Influence the program digital strategy and roadmap to align RTX digital goals with program objectives.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, agile, and growth‑oriented team culture.
