Job summary

RTX, supporting Pratt & Whitney within its Digital Solutions Enablement Team, seeks a seasoned Product Owner to bridge business challenges and technology solutions. You will shape product vision, manage backlogs, and align releases with enterprise standards while driving value across multiple data and analytics initiatives.

You will leverage agile practices, DevOps tools like JIRA, and agentic AI capabilities to enable secure, scalable analytics and workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; STEM degree preferred.
10+ years of Software product development experience; or 7+ with advanced degree.
U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

Develop and clearly communicate the Product Vision.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs.
Create and refine Product Backlog items.
Prioritize and order Product Backlog items for maximum business value.
Ensure transparency, visibility, and shared understanding of the Product Backlog.
Collaborate with team members and the enterprise throughout development and delivery.
Communicate the delivered business value effectively to stakeholders.
Support the Product Manager in strategic and tactical planning.
