Job summary

RTX's Pratt & Whitney Military Engines is seeking a Director, F135 Digital Integrations to lead the integration of AI/ML, digital twins, and advanced analytics into the F135 engine program, maintaining leadership in digital transformation on a large, complex program.

You will drive the program's digital strategy, influence roadmaps, and build a collaborative culture that enables rapid deployment of deployed solutions across teams. This role is remote within the US and based on a national scope.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 14 years software/transformational exp and 5+ years in leadership; or advanced degree with 12 years and 5+ years leadership.
Experience with AI/ML, digital twins, data analytics, and cloud computing.
Proven track record leading digital tech into large programs and matrixed orgs.
U.S. Citizenship required due to export control regulations.

Responsibilities
