Job summary

ibex is seeking a Director of AI Commercial Product Strategy to translate AI Agent capabilities into differentiated, sellable solutions that drive client value and revenue. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partners, shaping GTM strategy and program assets.

In this role you’ll develop repeatable use cases, guide market intelligence, craft messaging, and enable sales with ROI models, sales playbooks, and executive-ready content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a business-related field.
• 7–10+ years in enterprise software, AI, or SaaS with a revenue or go-to-market focus.
• Experience translating technical capabilities into business value and ROI narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of repeatable AI Agent use cases grounded in real customer problems and measurable outcomes.
• Guide market intelligence, competitive analysis and clear recommendations for product priorities and GTM.
• Develop and maintain value propositions, messaging, and executive communication assets.
• Create commercial assets and enable deal support, ROI models, and ROI storytelling for sales teams.
• Partner with platform providers on joint GTM programs and co-selling opportunities.
