Job summary

BMO Financial Group seeks an AI Architecture Leader in Chicago to define AI reference architectures, build reusable AI platforms, and drive GenAI adoption across business units. You will influence long-term technology strategy, establish governance, and attract top AI talent while coordinating across risk, legal, and executive teams.

The role requires extensive experience in AI security, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), and enterprise-scale AI deployments.

Qualifications

• Designs and architects AI IT systems aligned to business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Leads evaluation and optimization of AI-enabled capabilities including Generative AI and intelligent automation.
• Establishes integrated AI architecture across cloud/on-premises, data platforms, and channels.

Responsibilities

• Designs and architects AI IT Systems integrating processes, experiences, data, models and platforms.
• Leads planning and optimization of AI-enabled capabilities like Generative AI and intelligent automation.
• Ensures integrated AI architecture across cloud, on-premises, data and customer channels.
• Creates architecture assets: blueprints, governance, reference architectures.
• Provides design recommendations for integrating AI into products and services.
• Identifies risks and compliance needs; guides stakeholders to mitigate delays.
