Qualifications

• 8+ years software engineering and AI background.
• 2–3 years working on LLM architecture and agentic design.
• Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• AI & ML Solution Architecture: design, build, and optimize production AI systems including LLM apps.
• Context Engineering: define prompt/system design, RAG architectures, vector stores, memory management.
• Harness Engineering: build robust agent harnesses with orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, observability.
• Fine‑Tuning Pipelines: manage data curation, supervised fine‑tuning, evaluation, deployment.
• Platform Stack: deploy on Google Gemini Enterprise and Vertex AI; leverage Foundry/Bedrock as needed.
• Team Leadership: mentor engineers; set standards and drive knowledge sharing.
• Pre‑Sales & Business Development: scope engagements, build demos, present architectures.
• Machine Learning Modeling: oversee classical and modern ML modeling and selection.
• Contributing to AI Strategy: influence GenAI direction and platform roadmap.
