Capital Insurance Group is seeking a Director of Agri Business to lead the agribusiness insurance division across multiple states from its Spokane, WA office. You will establish performance goals, drive growth and profitability through underwriting rules, and oversee development opportunities with appointed agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of agribusiness underwriting experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• CPCU and AFIS designation preferred.
