You will guide the product life cycle, mentor teams, and collaborate with engineering, risk, and compliance to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that delight customers and advance business growth.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience building and leading a team of product managers.
• Strong background in payments and commerce.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, design and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence discovery, ideation, requirements and value management.

Responsabilidades

• Plans and owns the development of agentic commerce products for consumers, merchants and agents.
• Develops build–partner–buy strategies for end-to-end client solutions.
• Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management and growth targets.
• Leads the product life cycle with planning, execution and future development; manages risks and features.
• Partners with engineering, risk, compliance and other teams to launch enterprise-ready solutions.
• Builds and mentors the product team on AI-forward working and analytics strategies.
• Owns product performance and investments to achieve business objectives.
• Monitors market trends and identifies opportunities for differentiation.
