Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent in policy and industry strategy.
• Ability to deconstruct new technologies into business impacts and potential new tech.
• Strong problem-solving and entrepreneurial mindset; pivot opportunities when needed.
• Demonstrated ability to assess opportunities based on customer needs, market dynamics, and economics.
• Curiosity and ability to rapidly synthesize data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for all seniority levels.
• Strong negotiation skills to maximize value with partners.
• Team player capable of leading cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand the agentic commerce landscape and shape positions on policy, standards, and direction to differentiate JPMorgan Chase and accelerate the growth of payments & commerce clients.
• Define and champion policy responses, value propositions and standards for new concepts addressing client needs.
• Collaborate with commerce and financial communities to identify gaps and drive policy positions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams (Product, Legal, Technology, Investments) to design industry strategy and move solutions forward for clients.
• Develop and execute a roadmap to raise awareness of the industry strategy and establish thought leadership.
• Monitor market trends, perform competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
