Job summary

Citi in New York seeks an AI Product & Capability Manager to define the end-to-end AI strategy for Global Services, leading cross-functional teams from discovery through build, launch and optimization.

As a Senior Vice President, you will drive platform-first capabilities, translate research into prioritized requirements, and coordinate regulatory governance with risk and compliance while rolling out solutions across 90+ countries in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in technology-led environments.
• Direct experience building or scaling AI/ML products in financial services.
• Ability to build business cases and ROI-driven investment decisions.
• Knowledge of model risk management and enterprise AI governance.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across global organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executives and clients.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end AI product strategy and roadmap.
• Champion a platform-first approach for reusable capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, design, build, launch and optimization.
