Merrimack Valley YMCA is seeking a Director of Out of School Time to oversee the development, implementation, and operations of the after school child care program. You will provide safe, motivational leadership to members, families, and staff, and champion service excellence aligned with the YMCA mission.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and supervisory experience, plus training in CPR/First Aid/AED and child-safety standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• CPR, First Aid, AED, and Bloodborne Pathogens training within 30 days.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people.

Mansioni

• Oversee Out of School Time program operations and budget.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Ensure compliance with EEC, ADA, and licensing standards.
• Engage families and community partners to expand program impact.
