Job summary

FIDF is seeking a full-time Director for Affinity Groups in New York, NY. This role focuses on building relationships to drive fundraising efforts and expand the donor base through community engagement. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and significant fundraising or sales experience.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $150,000 to $170,000 annually, along with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 403b plan. The Director will play a key role in supporting the mission of FIDF.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of sales or fundraising experience.
• History of successfully generating new revenue streams.
• Ability to travel locally and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement fundraising strategies for affinity groups.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of donors.
• Coordinate regional events and manage donor recognition activities.
