Job summary

HMP Global seeks a highly creative, commercially minded Director of Social Media & Audience Development to build the audience around Music City SCALE and the broader HMP aesthetics portfolio. This is a hands-on, player-coach role focused on turning procedures, experts, science, and trends into social-native media that practitioners watch, save, share, and discuss.

The ideal candidate will excel in translating clinical topics into compelling content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years in organic social media, audience development, or creator marketing.
• Experience in medical aesthetics or related beauty/wellness categories.
• Portfolio showing social-native video and content.
• Strong IG and TikTok understanding, short-form storytelling, and creator partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead year-round organic social and audience-development strategy for HMP’s aesthetics portfolio.
• Establish a distinctive social identity for Music City SCALE.
• Translate clinical topics into platform-native formats (short-form video, interviews, explainers).
• Build relationships with physicians, aestheticians, faculty, and industry leaders.
• Create briefs and production plans for experts and moments with audience potential.
• Manage editorial calendar to sustain year-round engagement.
• Build repeatable social formats rather than isolated posts.
• Coordinate with faculty and KOLs to capture content at events.
• Develop sponsor opportunities that preserve editorial credibility and audience trust.
• Move engaged audiences into HMP-owned channels and toward registration.
• Establish performance benchmarks and measure reach, engagement, and registration.
