Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd. is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee supplier performance for North America from our Sarasota, FL base. You will enforce contractual obligations, KPIs, and recovery plans to protect the production schedule.

This is an individual contributor role requiring strong collaboration across Pilatus departments and regional offices. You will travel on short notice, build relationships with suppliers, and drive improvements in procurement processes while supporting

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain or procurement in aircraft industry.
• Experience with analytics, BI tools, and ERP/MRP software.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier performance within North American portfolio.
• Hold suppliers to contractual terms and KPIs.
• Develop and execute mitigation actions to protect production plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and Pilatus offices.
• Travel on short notice for in-person supplier visits as required.
• Support procurement processes and cross-divisional projects.
