Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Director of ISC Operations at our Clearwater site to strategize and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations and to serve as the FAA Accountable Manager for the Clearwater Commercial and Defense Repair and Overhaul organizations.

You will lead repair and overhaul teams, drive compliance, and collaborate with OEM teams, Nav and Sensors GBE, customer facing teams and functional leaders to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on integration and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience guiding and coaching direct reports and organizations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations execution, materials scheduling and compliance for the Clearwater sites.
• Create and execute strategies to optimize the entire supply chain.
• Drive implementation of the Aerospace Operating System (AOS).
• Meet KPI targets and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, finance and other departments.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on achievements and opportunities.
