The Director, Aerial & Complex Construction is a senior leadership role responsible for solving Ezee Fiber's hardest, most non-standard construction challenges and converting each solution into a playbook that markets can execute on their own. This leader owns companywide aerial construction strategy, complex crossings and right-of-way, and the company's approach to difficult municipalities and specialized property access.
This role calls for the deepest technical construction expertise within the organization. Rather than holding standing responsibility for a market, this leader is deployed against one or two of the company's highest-priority construction challenges at a time, with priorities set directly by the SVP, Construction. Success is measured by the number of problem categories converted into published playbooks, a reduction in repeat escalations, and improvement in aerial cost, cycle time, and locate timeliness.

The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus, as well as active construction sites. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
Ability to travel up to 65% to work complex construction problems on-site, engage utilities and municipalities, and support markets converting playbooks into practice
