Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within wealth management or financial services.
• Expertise in advisor compensation, commission administration, billing operations, and revenue processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for advisor compensation, commission administration, and billing operations.
• Own design and governance of compensation and billing processes, controls, and operating procedures.
• Maintain reconciliation, approval, and distribution of about $85 million in annual advisor payments.
• Act as final escalation point for complex compensation, billing, and payment matters.
• Interpret compensation agreements and policies; approve significant deviations.
• Lead technology initiatives for compensation systems; oversee automation and modernization.
• Develop financial controls to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and IT on strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop the Commission & Billing Manager and team.
• Assess capacity and resources to support growth and higher volumes.
