Formación

• 7-10 years of fundraising experience in nonprofit and/or education settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers and donors.
• Excellent analytic and data utilization skills; ability to segment and prioritize donor groups.
• Experience with Blackbaud systems and fundraising platforms; Excel pivot tables a plus.
• Superb verbal and written communication, including proposal writing to motivate donors.
• Desire to continuously improve processes, systems and outcomes.
• Sense of humor, collaboration, creativity, and willingness to pitch in as needed.
• Passion for Gonzaga's Jesuit, Catholic mission and community generosity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate annual giving strategy, including segmentation and donor targeting.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to develop fundraising materials and collateral.
• Build and sustain a core of alumni volunteers for engagement and giving.
• Execute strategic events and volunteer engagement to support donors and campaigns.
• Develop communications and outreach to re-engage past donors and build new relationships.
• Supervise staff in alumni relations, events, and database management.
• Work closely with President, Board of Trustees, and development staff on fundraising.
