Job summary

Jobtailor in United States (New York) is seeking a senior solutions designer to lead the end-to-end design of offerings, align them with pricing, and drive adoption with clients. You will identify opportunities to standardize processes and develop comprehensive scope documents for training, legal, and marketing materials.

The role requires 7+ years in solution design or related fields, strong customer-facing experience, and advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 7+ years in solution design, consulting, sales, or related roles in transportation or tech.
• Advanced proficiency with Windows and MS Office tools (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in complex, multi-modal solution development and customer-facing work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or work experience equivalent
• 7 years of solution design, consulting, sales, or related experience, preferably in the transportation or technology industry
• Advanced-level user of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Complex solution development, including technology and multi-modal
• Customer-facing solution or sales experience
• Thorough knowledge of internal company software applications applicable to position/business unit
