Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD or DO).
Completion of 3-year residency in Internal Medicine.
Completion of 3-year fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease.
Completion of 1-year fellowship in Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology or equivalent training experience.
Ohio State Medical License and DEA License.
Minimum 5 years experience in heart failure/transplant.
Responsibilities
