The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an academic Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplant physician to direct the Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Section within the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine. Academic rank and track are commensurate with record and experience.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership in clinical care and research, expand outpatient and inpatient services at the Richard M.
Qualifications
- Board Eligible/Certified in cardiology.
- US-accredited cardiology fellowship completed.
- Eligible for Ohio medical license.
- Clinical or translational research experience preferred.
- Academic appointment commensurate with training and experience.
Responsibilities
- Direct the Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplant Section within the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine.
- Expand outpatient and inpatient services at the Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital and OSUWMC.
- Lead and mentor junior faculty and trainees.
- Advance heart failure research and clinical trials.
- Provide strategic leadership in clinical care and research initiatives.
