Job summary

Horizon Media is seeking a senior analytics leader to manage a growing team and elevate analytics methodology for multiple clients. You will develop models for media optimization, guide testing and attribution, and partner closely with BI and data engineering to automate data workflows.

You will translate complex statistical concepts for clients, manage 2-3 junior analysts, and report to the VP of Advanced Analytics, shaping strategic recommendations in a fast-paced advertising environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mathematical or quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years in data & analytical functions in an agency/consulting environment.
• At least 3 years of team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, productionalize new models for media optimization.
• Build marketing mix modeling and attribution analyses.
• Oversee modeling outputs and coordinate with BI & Data Engineering to automate data processes.
• Collaborate with clients and account teams to address business challenges and execute plans.
