Horizon Media Inc. is seeking a Director, Advanced Analytics to lead a high-impact analytics team in New York. The role focuses on building and deploying advanced models for marketing mix, attribution and customer analytics across multiple clients.

You will work closely with account teams to translate business questions into rigorous analyses, mentor junior staff, and ensure scalable data pipelines with BI and data engineering colleagues. Hybrid work options available.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in a mathematical or quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of data & analytical experience in agency/consulting.
• Experience leading analytical teams and managing client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a growing analytics team within Horizon Next.
• Develop and productionalize models for media optimization and ROI.
• Collaborate with client teams to scope analytics engagements and deliverables.
• Oversee modeling outputs with BI and Data Engineering to automate data flows.
• Design marketing mix models and attribution analyses for clients.
