Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Gerontology, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in managing a comparable social services program (adult day/long-term care).
• Experience with third-party reimbursement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources efficiently and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
• Develop strategies and processes to implement programs and initiatives.
• Anticipate opportunities for new services and markets.
• Collaborate with Marketing to build referral networks and partnerships.
• Make timely decisions balancing mission, participant needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage finances with budgeting, billing, and reimbursement oversight.
• Support fund development in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Recruit, motivate, and develop staff; promote teamwork and accountability.
• Maintain systems for communication, documentation, reimbursement and compliance.
• Demonstrate ethics, reliability, and responsible decision-making.
