Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Virginia Waiver regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Day Services program.
• Review staff schedules and ensure proper coverage.
• Provide first-line on-call coverage as needed.
• Conduct weekly staff observations.
• Perform staff performance evaluations.
