Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a social services program.
• At least 2 years’ administration experience including program planning, supervision of professional staff and knowledge of community resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the adult day program of the center.
• Evaluate the program, activities and materials; monitor and maintain compliance with SSBG requirements and adult day care standards.
• Oversee implementation of the adult day program and plan in-service training.
• Assist in recruitment and selection of adult day personnel.
• Supervise and evaluate adult day program personnel.
• Keep the Deputy Program Officer and Chief Program Officer informed of the status of the program and needs.
• Recommends changes in service levels and program areas as needed; to meet community needs and operational demands.
• Maintain relationships with community partners and coordinate intake, assessments, and admissions.
