St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Director of Adult Day Services to lead program operations and ensure high-quality client care.

You will supervise clinicians and support staff, oversee licensure and regulatory compliance, and coordinate admissions, care planning, and discharges. Reporting to the COO, this hands-on role emphasizes compassionate leadership, staff development, and collaboration with executives to improve policies and the care environment for adults

Qualifications

• License or degree in human services related field.
• At least one qualification: associate degree or higher in health care field, or 2+ years in health care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; reasoning and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee Adult Day Care programs.
• Oversee licensure, compliance, and staff development.
• Coordinate admissions, care planning, and discharges.
• Collaborate with COO to improve policies and programs.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll and onboarding.
