Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult day services, regulatory requirements, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of Little City’s adult Community Day Services.
• Manage census growth, service utilization, and program quality.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure regulatory compliance and financial controls.
• Coach and develop leadership staff and monitor performance.
