Job summary

Sherwood Autism Center is seeking a Director of Adult Day Services to lead the day habilitation and employment programs for adults with autism and related disabilities. The role involves strategic planning, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance under the guidance of the Chief Program Officer.

Qualifications

Experience leading adult day services or similar programs.
Strong ability to design and implement quality improvement systems.
Experience with Medicaid documentation and billing and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and vision to ensure continuous improvement and outcomes.
Establish partnerships with community stakeholders and funding sources.
Oversee program budget, staffing, and accreditation processes.
Coordinate curriculum and services (ABA, speech, OT, PT) and licensing requirements.
